Dating back to 1760 Corner House Hotel is in fact older than the magnificent Old Church steeple which stands next to it.While it still retains much of the best of its bygone period surroundings and character Corner House Hotel has, over the years, been sympathetically upgraded. Its provides a superbly comfortable yet discreetly modern family hotel under the supervision of the proprietors Mr and Mrs Belford.
Wheelchair Access
The main bar and lounge at street level are accessible by wheelchair. However at this present time there is no wheelchair access to the toilets in the bar. Currently there is no lift to the upper floors due to the design of the building. We do however have disabled accommodation but some stairs would need to be negotiated.
